Lead Therapist - BCBA

  • Provide supervision to ACT clients receiving comprehensive and focused treatment
  • Complete Assessments including the Vineland, VB-MAPP and Essentials for Living
  • Develop client specific programming and perform ongoing program modification
  • Assist in the collection and interpretation of data each of the client’s behavior intervention/maladaptive behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans/programs throughout the course of their treatment
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
  • Collaborate with the Senior staff on the develop of Treatment Plans, Monthly Progress Summaries, and Behavior Support Plans to meet the requirements and submission timelines of regulatory agencies and funding sources
  • Supervise and train Senior Staff in their direct work with clients an in topical classes offered throughout their training
  • Provide ongoing performance evaluations to clinical staff
  • Communicate any performance, behavior, or client concerns to ACT Clinical Directors in a timely manner
  • Provide supervision and training to employees pursuing their BCBA certification
  • Assist in the development and implementation of ACT staff trainings, policies, and procedures
  • Participation in bi-weekly Clinic Meetings to discuss planning needs for assigned caseloads
  • Meet monthly 1:1 with the Senior Staff who provide supervision to the clients on your caseload


  • BCBA Licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services (DSPS).This licensure requires certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst — Doctoral from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB-D)
  • Meets the requirements to supervise the fieldwork experience of individuals pursuant of their BCBA
  • Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a related field such as Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or Applied Behavioral Analysis
  • Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
  • At least 4,000 hours of documented experience as a supervisor of less experienced clinicians delivering ABA therapy
  • Valid driver license and a reliable form of insured transportation (driving is required with mileage reimbursement included)
  • Required to pass a background check
