Advanced Line Staff (ABA Therapy)

  • Provide direct 1:1 therapy to ACT clients
  • Assistance with organization, maintaining therapy binders, and filing as instructed by the Senior
  • Keeping ACT forms stocked at client homes
  • Collection of Monthly Green Sign-In Sheets
  • Collection of the monthly data and creation of progress summary reports
  • Assist in scheduled assessments and probing with your client as outlined by the Senior
  • Assist in the training of new staff and communicating progress with the Senior
  • Assist with consultative therapy sessions
  • Work with parents to be sure all Weekly Sign-In Sheets are completed, initialed, and signed
  • Add up Weekly Sign-In Sheet totals
  • Collect and turning in Weekly Sign-In Sheets to the ACT office for payroll processing
  • Assist with the creation of client specific stimuli
  • Work with parents more closely to promote increased parental involvement


  • Participation in ongoing trainings offered at the clinic
  • Filling in open shifts on cases in need
  • Assist with staffing ACT social skills groups and classes
  • Assist with staffing Initial Client Evaluations and Progress Reviews
  • Cross-Training new staff
  • Assist with completion of general ACT office administrative tasks as needed and requested by the Senior
  • Maintain an accurate and detailed record of your activities on your individual timesheet

Strong clinical knowledge and skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience working with individuals with a variety of skill sets
Proven success in implementing ABA therapy strategies with individuals on the Autism Spectrum
1000 hours of ABA therapy experience preferred


We are currently seeking Advanced Lines to join our team in the following areas: Columbus/Beaver Dam and Madison areas. 


A new Advanced Line Staff will begin to train under the supervision of ACT Seniors and Leads on specific cases. Additional in-office trainings will be required throughout employment.  


These are both part-time and full-time opportunities. Advanced Lines will be required to work some evenings and weekends depending on the needs of their caseload. This position requires a two-year commitment to the ACT team.
