The Beers...

 Prairie Moon Grand Cru - Farmhouse ale made with Lithuanian Farmhouse yeast, Czech Pilsner molt, raw wheat, and flaked oats. Coriander and sweet orange peel join the party to round out this balanced brew. 8% ABV

 Bare Cheeks - This brew is the base beer of our award-winning Sandy Cheeks, a fruit-forward, Kristalweizen ohne Ananas (clear wheat beer without pineapple). Bare Cheeks pays homage to traditional German beer, and it’s meant to be enjoyed during the hot summer months; quench your thirst and relax with his bare-naked brew. 5.5% ABV

 Geese Police - This beer is full of citrus hop character and balanced with a delightful malty sweet finish. Alcohol is ramped up to 8% ABV for thirst-quenching Imperial IPA and complementing the bold malt and hop flavors from Magnum, Columbus, and Amarillo hops.
