This interactive discussion will cover the basic checkpoints that every entrepreneur should be looking at to ensure your business has started the year strong and is on track for success. We will also discuss some ideas as to how to make course corrections to your Business Plan if it is not heading in the direction that you planned.
The facilitator for this webinar is Mr. Jim Screeden. Jim has been a SCORE Business Mentor for over ten years.
