Popular in Japan since the 14th century, these simple hand-sewn and hand-made Fukuro Toji (pouch binding) books are assembled without glue. Participants will learn to make books using a basic 4-Hole binding, and a more decorative Tortoise Shell binding. All supplies provided. This program is free and open to the public. Registration is required and class size is limited to 16 participants. To register, or for more information, visit www.veronapubliclibrary.org, or call 608-845-7180.
