Visit the Kitchen Garden at Taliesin to discover the importance and magic of saving seeds, both in the garden and in the wild! Learn about climate zones, as well as plant taxonomy, life cycles, pollination, and propagation to better understand how to save your seeds. Study seed anatomy and distinguish different seed types based on selective pollination. Walk away feeling confident in your new knowledge with additional resources, as well as important considerations for next steps in your seeds’ journeys to germination. By the end of this course, you'll be ready to properly gather, process, store, and even eat your seeds!
