Float & Restore - Aquatic Center

Experience deep relaxation in a unique meditation and sound bath while floating in water, lead by Shelby.  Participants will engage in restorative practices to reduce stress and improve focus in a tranquil environment. Attendees should bring inflatable floats for comfort, with some mats and noodles available to borrow. No swimming experience is needed, just come ready to relax and immerse yourself in this calming wellness experience, leaving feeling refreshed and renewed.
