Tap your feet to the lively music of the Cork ‘n Bottle String Band and learn about the rich history of traditional bluegrass music at the Verona Public Library on Wednesday, June 26, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Bluegrass is an American art form that started in the hills of Appalachia and resonated with music lovers across the world. Madison’s own Cork ‘n Bottle String Band will make songs and stories of Appalachia come alive through bluegrass music. This performance is made possible by support from Beyond the Page, the Madison Community Foundation, and the National Endowment for the Humanities. This performance is free and open to the public.
