Topic: Managing Employees Returning to the Workplace During the COVID-19 pandemic
Description: The COVID-19 pandemic changed the way businesses operated with many businesses switching to a remote work model for a period of time. Now, businesses are reopening and bringing employees back to the workplace. This session is intended to flag the major issues businesses are likely to face as they seek to return employees to the workplace.

Biography: Brian P. Goodman is an attorney and a member of the Labor and Employment and School Law teams at Boardman Clark. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Goodman was a music teacher in Illinois and received his Master’s degree in educational administration from Northern Illinois University. He uses his experience as an educator to assist employers on a wide range of legal issues and is a frequent writer and presenter on employment matters, particularly on matters related to the COVID-19 pandemic. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School, magna cum laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Goodman currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Madison Area Society for Human Resource Management as the Vice President of Programming.
