Focus Group Participants Needed for Discussion into Meeting and Conference Needs in Verona.
Hospitality Marketers International, Inc. from Milwaukee has been hired to facilitate the discussion and marketing research and gain insight into the meeting and conference needs in the Verona market area as well as the potential use of a new conference center in Verona.
The Chamber will be hosting this meeting at our office (120 W. Verona Avenue, Verona 53593) beginning at 10 am. The meeting is expected to last an hour.
Some topics to be discussed are as follows:
- Current conference center needs;
- Number of meetings per year, number of attendees, length of meetings;
- If multiple days, where do they currently stay;
- Potential for new or larger events if a new conference center with hotel access were added to the city;
- Catering, facility and technology needs in the space.
