You'll learn how this unique style evolved from Dutch Kuyt beers in the 1800s and get to taste beers brewed just for this class on our pilot system!\n\nFrom there\, Kirby will guide you through beer's incredible history   covering raw ingredients\, brewing techniques\, yeast and fermentation\, packaging\, and more. And of course\, what's a beer class without a little sampling?
