Meet the Board - Cori Bott
This year, we're going to be getting to know out board members! A chamber is made up of so many unique individuals and we'd love to share with you the interesting people we get to work with!
This may be a familiar face to our more avid blog readers! Cori was featured just a couple months ago in our Ambassador Spotlight. Cori has stepped up in a big way this year, joining the Board of Directors, the Ambassadors, and taking on organizing our Monthly Happy Hours! Her involvement has had a big impact on the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce and we are so grateful! Keep reading to learn more about Cori!

What is your favorite thing about Summit Credit Union?
I've been in banking for quite awhile and I've worked for several different banks before I came over to Summit. I immediately felt like I was home and I absolutely love everything about Summit. I think they truly try to help people.
What is your favorite thing to do outside of work? Any hobbies or interests you'd like to share?
I have 2 giant Doodles and we walk a ton (like 8 miles a day). They are the fittest Doodles in the world and the Verona Dog Parks are my second home. I also love wine and feel like I have become quite knowledgeable with wine blends and regions. Definitely my favorite things besides hanging with my family.
What's something most people would not know about you?
I lived in Tokyo when I was a teenager. It was a lifetime ago but a cool experience.
What do you love about Verona?
Everything! Restaurants, dog parks, wine bars, concerts in the park. I never have to leave this place, especially since they just built a Costco.. My life is complete!
What's the best way for someone to reach you?
My personal cell phone.. 608-225-0866.. Once I switched into the mortgage world I realized it was crucial for people to get a hold of me. My cell phone always works best!
