2021 Verona Downtown Farmers Market Application Form

Thank you for your interest in the Verona Farmer's Market at Hometown Junction Park! The park is in a great, high-traffic location with a pavilion that provides public bathrooms, parking, electricity and shelter in case of rain. Main Street has a lot of points of interest, including the iconic Veteran's Fountain just steps from the Market, AJ's Pizzeria, Tuvalu Coffeehouse & Gallery, Hop Haus Brewing Co., and other charming boutiques lining the street. The market is held on Wednesdays from 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm from May to September. Once this request is processed, the Verona Area Chamber of Commerce will send you an invoice and contract to be signed, dated and returned to us prior to your selected participation dates.
