Heal Your Heart: Your Journey to Self-Love

If you feel like you spend all your time helping everyone else but rarely take time for yourself, you can get help from Dr. Jen Riday, at the Verona Public Library on Tuesday, April 10, from 7 to 8 p.m. Dr. Riday, host of the Vibrant Happy Women Podcast and founder of the Vibrant Happy Women Movement, will show you how to heal your heart and build self-love so you can be happier, more confident, and enjoy closer relationships. Dr. Riday will discuss how to build an easy self-care routine you can stick with, that includes building healthier boundaries and letting go of guilt and perfectionism.
