She has extensive experience in Human Resources. Angela’s specialties include compensation analysis, recruiting, policy and procedure development, performance evaluation systems, personnel conflict resolution, benefits and job description development. Prior to joining Smith & Gesteland in 2004, Angela was a Human Resource Coordinator with Artesyn Technologies coordinating the HR functions in their Madison office. Jennifer Mirus Jennifer has extensive experience representing employers in all aspects of employment relations, including wage and hour issues, discrimination, Family and Medical Leave, ADA, reductions in force, harassment, hiring, discipline, and terminations. Jennifer represents employers in litigation of employment-related claims and conducts workplace investigations. She also has extensive experience drafting employee handbooks, employment contracts, and non-competition agreements. Jennifer is a sought out speaker on human resources issues and conducts human resources and management trainings for clients of all sizes.
